General terms and conditions
1. DEFINITIONS
In these General Conditions, the following terms shall be understood to mean
“GTC”: means the General Terms and Conditions of Sale;
“Platform”: means the website developed by ZEL & CO (https://monopoly-haiti.com)
“Seller”: ZEL & CO, whose registered office is located at 101 Bd Gustave Kleyer – 4000 Liège (Belgium), registered under the company number BE 0780.951.651 +32 496174610;
“Buyer”: any natural or legal person making a purchase on the platform;
“Product”: Monopoly Haiti
2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, the “GTC”) apply to any order made through the Platform.
The GTC must also be accepted by the Buyer at the time of each purchase.
By logging on to the Platform, the Buyer acknowledges having read and accepted, without reservation, the GTC. The acquisition of the product through this site therefore implies unreserved acceptance by the Buyer of these terms of sale.
The GTC shall prevail over any other general and/or specific conditions not expressly accepted by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to modify and/or supplement the General Conditions at any time for future orders.
3. INFORMATION
The information on the characteristics of the product is selected with great care by the Seller. The Seller cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered.
The Buyer is invited to consult the description of the product to know the essential characteristics. It is however possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the Site, which the Buyer acknowledges and accepts.
4. PRICE
The price of the product is indicated in euros.
These prices include VAT and all other taxes.
Delivery costs are clearly communicated to the Buyer.
5. PAYMENT
The price indicated on the site is inclusive of all taxes, without shipping costs.
Any shipping costs are to be paid by the Buyer and are indicated in the digital basket.
Payments will be made either by PAYPAL, by credit card or by any other means accepted by the Seller.
Electronic payments will be made via a secure system that uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can gain knowledge of it during transport on the network. The Platform may also offer other secure payment methods.
In case of electronic payment, the Buyer’s account will be debited, at the time of the order, for the amount of the product and the shipping costs. The Seller will issue an invoice showing the VAT.
6. DELIVERY
Your order will be processed according to available stocks. In the event that the product is no longer in stock, a date will be proposed for its future release.
The Seller will make every effort to meet the delivery times indicated. A tracking number will be available.
If an order is not delivered fifteen days after the indicated deadline, an investigation will be opened with the carrier, which may take several days. During this period, no refunds or replacement shipments can be made.
Returned products will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, i.e. in their packaging with accessories and instructions for use.
The Seller shall not be held liable in any way for exceeding the (delivery) deadline. The stated delivery time is to be regarded as an indicative time, insofar as this is permitted by the Market Practices Act, and no rights can be derived from it.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Buyer at the time of purchase. As soon as the product has been delivered to the indicated delivery address, the risk is transferred to the Buyer. Delivery dates are given as an indication.
